Website & Creative Services Manager
The Website and Creative Services Manager, under direction of the Executive Director of Communications, will provide coordination, development, design, implementation, management, and maintenance of the Hutto ISD website. This person will assist campus liaisons as they maintain their campus websites and will also train and support other users such as department heads, secretaries, etc., as needed. This individual will also manage district branding by creating complex graphic and design elements for districtwide online and print media, posters, signage, and other marketing materials.

Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to visualize and transfer abstract ideas into concrete images and graphics
- Proficiency with graphic design, word processing, and presentation software
- Knowledge of commercial printing processes and material production
- Demonstrated skill in writing, proofreading, editing and desktop publishing
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet established deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Experience in open source content management systems
- Experience in audio/video editing and photography
- Knowledge of HTML, JAVA Script, Web 0 or other web-based technologies
- Experience in interactive media applications, as well as various web and graphic design programs such as Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other standard software applications
- Knowledge of Windows, security, bandwidth and Internet access issues
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer and software issues a plus
- Experience with school management software, such as Skyward
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and others
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communications, or another related field required
- Two or more years professional website/digital communications management experience required
- Experience working on a school district communications team or managing a school district website preferred
